What do I do if the product I recieve is not what I ordered?
We apologise for our mistake! We are only human and we want you to have what you actually ordered ASAP. We will need you to send the product back to you at no cost to yourself and post you out the product that you really wanted.
What do I do if my product is damaged or doesn’t work the way it should?
Please get in touch within 2 weeks of receiving the product. I will need you to send it back to me for assessment at no cost to yourself. Pending that result, you will be sent a replacement product as soon as possible
What happens if I’ve changed my mind about the product I ordered?
We will not accept returns of natural fragrances, organic jojoba or facial mists. This is because it is impossible to tell whether they have been used or not.
However if you change your mind about oil burners, fragrance pots or pure essential oil blends, I am happy to exchange them for your for something else that matches the price. All costs for returning the item are your responsibility. All returns of this nature must also be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
